Q.　アプリ制作の依頼をしたいのですがお問合せは英語で書く必要がありますか。

　　Do I need to write in English inquiries.

A.　日本語で大丈夫です。日本語または英語での入力を受け付けています。

　　Japanese or English is accepted for input.

Q.　マッチングアプリ制作の依頼をしたいのですが個人でも大丈夫ですか。

　　Is it OK for individuals to request application development?

A.　アプリで新たに起業する人を応援しています。したがって株式会社だけでなく個人も引き受けています。

　　We underwrite not only corporations but also individuals.

Q.　ウェブサイトは制作していますか。

　　Does your company make website?

A.　ＩＴに関するものであれば何でも対応可能です。

　　Anything can be handled as long as it is related to IT.

Q.　開発費用は高いですか。

　　Is the price expensive?

A.　九州のためローカル価格となり安く提供しています。ただし専門性の高いものは、専門費が上乗せされます。

　　We offer it cheaply. However, specialty expenses will be added for items with high expertise.

Q.　貴社はどのようなソフトウェアでもつくれますか。

　　Can you make any kind of software?

A.　弊社は何でも作れます。ただし公序良俗に反するものは作りません。

　　We can make anything. However, we will not make things against public order and morals.

Q.　東京から発注することになりますがコミュニケーション等で問題はありませんか。

　　I will place an order from a distance, but are there problems with communication etc?

A.　弊社の顧客の約半分は東京の企業ですので心配いりません。
　　定期的訪問や遠隔ミーティング等で意思疎通を図っています。

　　About half of our customers are companies in Tokyo, so do not worry.
　　We regularly visit and communicate with each other through remote meetings.

Q.　お問合せからアプリの制作を依頼したのですが返信がありません。

　　There is no mail reply.

A.　架空の内容や一括見積はロボット入力と判断されメールが届きません。内容を正確に入力してください。

　　Please enter the contents accurately.

Q.　開発以外の件でお問合せしてよろしいですか。

　　May I inquire of your company on anything other than development.

A.　弊社の法規や財務など事務的な質問は回答していません。ただし重要な依頼と判断した場合、
　　顧問弁護士または公認会計士と相談し回答する場合があります。

　　I will not reply to administrative questions. However, if judged to be important content,
　　we may respond by consulting with an advisory lawyer or an adviser certified public accountant.
